The careful selection of fruits and the experience of more than fifty years of
labour obtain a quality worthy of the demanding markets in the world.
We peel and elaborate marrons in our own installations, with traditional
methods. It is a long and complicated process which finishes by covering
them with a glacé, flavoured with natural vanilla. The result is a perfect

combination of sweetness, smoothness and delicacy.
